Dear All,

Thank you to all who have decided to join ADACTS.  The reason for the focus on ADACTS is that the governance of the college has been re-worked and ADACTS will now be the governing body for the college—not ACS as it has been in the past.

So if you wish to take a greater interest or role in the running of LRCCS please join now.  I have enclosed applications again this month for you.  If you feel that writing a cheque for $1 is fiddly, feel free to make it out for more and donate to the college!

Inverell Tutorial

Tamworth Tutorial

The next Tamworth Tutorial will be on October 13th and will be held at 88 Bridge Street.

There will be no Armidale Tutorials for a while.

Moree Tutorial

The next Moree Tutorial will be run by Wendy on Monday October 15th and will be held at the Wesley Centre in Frome Street.

Practical Dates

The next Residential Practical is:

We have had a high number of students who are coming to the residential which is very exciting given that it is being held during the week.

Thank you for supporting this change which will lessen the burden on our tutors who often work weekends which can be quite draining.

If you haven’t registered please contact the office ASAP as registrations close on Friday 28th September.

Dotting the I's and Crossing the T's

Just a reminder that when you complete a Unit and submit your Unit Exit Report it must be accompanied by a completed Training Unit Evaluation form — both sides of the evaluation form need to be filled out.

Practical Hours for Internship

Part of the Internship is completing 100 hours of supervised counselling.  If you are currently or have in the past done any supervised counselling please keep a record of this.  This can then be used towards the 100 hour target.
