Dear All,

Welcome back to a year of wonder and change.

What a wonderful gift the wet Christmas was for the New England and North West of NSW. The farmers were relieved of worries about starving stock and dying crops. Like the rest of us, they got blessed relief from the incredible heat we were experiencing before Christmas and we all rested. That’s the wonder.  The change is the reworking of the Diploma course to meet TAFE standards. We want to keep the essence of the original course but need to fit it to the new requirements and that is taking time.

Tamworth Residential

The first 2010 Residential Practical is to be held at the College building at 88 Bridge Street on 20th and 21st February.  10.0—5.0 Saturday    9.0—4.0 Sunday.  This is a valuable opportunity to receive supervised practical counselling experience.  Students will need to organise their own accommodation in Tamworth.  Morning and Afternoon Tea will be available for the cost of $3 and you can bring or buy your lunch.

Registration can be made by ringing the College Ph 67625210 between 9.0 and 12.0 any day.  There will be a College dinner on Saturday night at a local venue if there are enough interested.
